Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Fern Transit Planning Group and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Model the cost of ridership counts and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
