Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Drift Civic Services and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of permits and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
