Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Philadelphia, PA)

Lumen Rook Manufacturing Partners is a Philadelphia manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of work orders and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
