Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Orlando, FL)

Westbrook Loom Financial Group is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of payment disputes and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
