Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Junction Markets Group and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
