Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Orlando, FL)

Redstone Ember Markets is a Orlando retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 446 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of store inventory and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
