Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Lumen Wilder Early Learning Partners is an early-learning provider in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
