Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Beacon Markets and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • A relevant degree or certification.
