Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Granite Water Authority and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of water quality and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
