Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Memphis, TN)

Nova Ashton Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Memphis area. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Model the cost of billing accounts and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • A relevant degree or certification.
