Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Memphis, TN)

Northwind Timber Learning Group is an education provider in Memphis serving students and families, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 795 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of learning materials and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
