Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Summit Bright Early Learning Group and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
