Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Louisville, KY)

Foxglove Forge Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Louisville design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of service alerts and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
