Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Ironwood Fern Foods Group is a Little Rock food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of customer specifications and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
