Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Kansas City, MO)

Harborlight Kestrel Early Learning is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of meal programmes and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • A relevant degree or certification.
