Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Kansas City, MO)

Stonegate Yarrow Banking Services is a regional lender in Kansas City with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of deposit accounts and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with card disputes.
