Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Thistle Early Learning and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of tuition and subsidies and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
