Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Kansas City, MO)

Amberfield Hollow Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Kansas City region, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of service connections and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with hardship programmes.
