Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Kansas City, MO)

Cedar Cross Foods produces packaged foods at its Kansas City plant, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of ingredient orders and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • A relevant degree or certification.
