Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Jacksonville, FL)

Greenridge Lantern Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
