Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Jackson, MS)

Bright Partners is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 7 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of field visits and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
