Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Pine Manufacturing and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of tooling and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
