Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Jackson, MS)

Lumen Keystone Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Jackson, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of billing disputes and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
