Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

Bright Rook Markets Group is a Indianapolis retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 413 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of supplier deliveries and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
