Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

Rivermark Pine Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Indianapolis. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of customer complaints and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
