Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

Summit Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Indianapolis area, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of learning materials and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
