Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Kestrel Markets and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
