Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Amberfield Quill Legal Group is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • A relevant degree or certification.
