Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Sparrow Foods Group and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
