Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Amberfield Wilder Early Learning Group is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 732 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of meal programmes and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists.
