Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Grand Rapids, MI)

Lumen Field Markets Group is a Grand Rapids retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of pricing and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
