Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Grand Rapids, MI)

Harborlight Stone Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Grand Rapids area. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Model the cost of billing accounts and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
