Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Grand Rapids, MI)

Highbridge Maple Markets is a Grand Rapids retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of online orders and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • A relevant degree or certification.
