Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Fresno, CA)

Northwind Mill Legal Group is a Fresno practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of court deadlines and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
