Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Fresno, CA)

Bluepeak Banking Services is a regional lender in Fresno with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of branch operations and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
