Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

Bright Rook Manufacturing Partners manufactures parts and assemblies at its Fort Worth plant, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of work orders and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
