Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

Nova Juniper Legal Group is a law firm in Fort Worth serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of billing records and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • A relevant degree or certification.
