Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

Harborlight Pike Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Fort Worth area, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
