Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

Nova Clear Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Fort Worth focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. We invest in training. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of outage reports and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • A relevant degree or certification.
