Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

Northwind Linden Legal Group provides legal services in Fort Worth across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of court deadlines and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
