Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark Quill Legal Group provides legal services in Fort Worth across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 519 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of trust accounts and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • A relevant degree or certification.
