Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (El Paso, TX)

Nova Sable Financial is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of account servicing and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
