Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Des Moines, IA)

Greenridge Pine Financial Partners serves customers across Des Moines with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of payment disputes and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with vendor spend.
