Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Colorado Springs, CO)

Stonegate Maple Financial is a financial-services company in Colorado Springs, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of vendor spend and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer onboarding.
