Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Union Banking Services Partners provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Colorado Springs, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of fraud alerts and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
