Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Cleveland, OH)

Summit Linden Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Cleveland serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of card disputes and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
