Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Cleveland, OH)

Fernwood Bridge Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Cleveland area, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 567 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of customer tickets and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
