Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Redstone Beacon Markets and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 582 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of store inventory and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
