Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Cleveland, OH)

Ironwood Orchard Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of customer tickets and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • A relevant degree or certification.
