Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Charlotte, NC)

Silverline Beacon Water Authority Partners supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Charlotte and nearby communities. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of capital projects and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
